1. The equipment frame adopts a highly rigid structural design (the frame and guide rail are welded together, making the frame more stable), with a roller-type high-aluminum beam as the upper pressure material mechanism and large fixed columns.
2. Rapid three-position front and rear end trimming (three motors) can control the distance between the panels within 600mm.
3. The rough trimming and fine trimming mechanisms are equipped with two 1.1KW high-speed motors, using the principle of digital display-type pneumatic adjustment of workload, which is convenient, efficient, and easy to adjust. Feeding mechanism, pressing mechanism, conveyor mechanism, rough trimming mechanism, fine trimming mechanism, and edge scraping mechanism can all be optionally equipped with servo control.
4. Rapid copying trimming is equipped with four high-speed motors, efficient, stable processing, and convenient and fast adjustment. (Commonly known as tracking chamfering).
5. The standard configuration of this equipment includes two edge banding modes: EVA and dual-color PUR. Optional Laser can be added.
