1. The equipment bed adopts a high rigidity structural design (the bed and guide rail are welded together to make the bed more stable), and the high aluminum beam with pressure wheels is the upper pressing mechanism, with large columns fixed.
2. Quick three position front and rear end repair (three motors) can control the spacing between the boards to be 600mm.

The rough and fine repair mechanisms are equipped with two 1.1KW high-speed motors, which use the principle of digital pneumatic adjustment of workload, making them convenient, efficient, and easy to adjust. The feeding mechanism, pressing and pasting mechanism, belt feeding mechanism, rough trimming mechanism, fine trimming mechanism, and scraping mechanism can all be optionally equipped with servo control.
4. Equipped with four high-speed motors for quick contour trimming, it is efficient, stable in processing, and easy to adjust quickly. (commonly known as tracking chamfer).
5. This device comes standard with two edge banding modes: EVA and dual color PUR. Laser can be optionally added.
