1. The equipment's bed adopts a high-rigidity structural design (the bed and rails are integrally welded to make the bed more stable), with a crawler-type high-aluminum beam serving as the upper pressure feeding mechanism and large column fixation.
2. Suspension-type horizontal front and rear end trimming eliminates the occurrence of board chipping and corner dropping caused by traditional end trimming relying on molds.
3. The rough trimming and fine trimming mechanisms are equipped with two 1.1KW high-speed motors, utilizing the principle of digital pneumatic adjustment of workload, making it convenient, efficient, and easy to adjust. Feeding mechanism, pressing mechanism, conveyor mechanism, rough and fine trimming mechanisms, and scraping edge machine can be optionally equipped with servo control.
4. Servo tracking chamfering involves servo motor control of its mechanism's functional movement, achieving stable end trimming (commonly known as tracking chamfering).
5. The standard configuration of this equipment includes three edge banding modes: dual-color EVA, dual-color PUR, and Laser.
